Chris Howard, is a Senior Investment Manager at Proprium Capital Partners (Australia) Pty Ltd.

Chris has over 10-years of real estate experience across capital transactions and asset management.

Prior to joining Proprium, Chris was a Director at Clifton Development Group - the property arm of AltX / Assetline.

Prior to Clifton, Chris held senior investment roles with Grocon and Poly Real Estate including being responsible for opening Poly's first European Office as Head of Investment & Asset Management based in London. Chris also worked with Waverly Council and AECOM.

Chris received his Graduate Diploma of Property from Deakin.
