Raffaele Zhu is an Associate at Proprium Capital Partners, L.P.

Prior to joining Proprium, Raffaele worked as an Investment Analyst at GWM Capital Advisors, in their Real Estate, Special Situations, and NPLs team where he focused on the underwriting of investment opportunities across a spectrum of asset classes (office, residential, retail, hospitality).

Raffaele graduated from Bocconi University, with both a MSc in Finance and a BSc in Economics and Finance.
