Principal

Carrie DiLauro is a Principal at Proprium Capital Partners, where she focuses on risk management, operational infrastructure, governance and compliance matters.

Prior to joining Proprium, Carrie was the Director of Operations at Hamilton Robinson Capital Partners. She was responsible for a full scope of private equity operations including finance, compliance and risk assessment, investor relations, business development, human resources, IT, vendor and facilities management.

Prior to Hamilton Robinson, Carrie served as a fund administrator for Great Point Partners and was responsible for reconciling the daily portfolio transactions for a long/short biotech hedge fund.

Carrie began her career managing global textile production for Baby Togs, Halston, and Jones New York.

Carrie holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and a Master of Finance from Harvard University.
