Fund Controller

Emma-Jane Gordon is a Fund Controller at Proprium Capital Partners, based in London.

She joined Proprium as part of the BC Partners Real Estate team in 2026 and is responsible for fund-level financial control for the BC Partners European Real Estate fund and its investment structures.

Her work covers the investment cycle of the funds, from investor capital and debt financing through to reporting and compliance across their UK and Continental European entities.

Before joining the team, Emma-Jane spent three years in the Fund Management team at Pradera, a specialist retail real estate investment and fund manager.

She trained at EY, where she spent five and a half years across real estate audit and real estate valuations.

Emma-Jane is an ACA qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of St Andrews.
