Emma Perrard is an Investment Analyst at Proprium Capital Partners.

Prior to joining Proprium, Emma spent two and a half years at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, where she completed the Graduate Program before joining the M&A team.

Before that, she was an intern analyst at Tikehau Capital, focused on Private Equity Real Estate transactions.

Emma holds a Master's degree in Management with a specialization in Corporate Finance & Banking from EDHEC Business School.
