Ethan Ward is an Investment Analyst at Proprium Capital Partners.

Prior to joining Proprium, Ethan worked in the real estate private equity team at BC Partners, where he focused on underwriting and asset management.

Before that, he was an Analyst in the Corporate Finance team at Savills, covering M&A and capital raising across operational real estate sectors.

Ethan holds a Master of Science in Finance with Distinction from King's College London.
