Managing Director

Konrad Stoebe is a Managing Director at Proprium Capital Partners, where he leads investments across Europe.

He joined Proprium through its 2026 combination with BC Partners Real Estate, where he spent seven years responsible for the origination, execution and asset management of real estate investments across Continental Europe, with a focus on the DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and Benelux regions.

Prior to BC Partners Real Estate, Konrad was a member of the senior management team at Blenheim Chalcot, the UK's leading venture builder, where he established the firm's real estate investment activities from inception and founded its first venture co-investment fund.

He also held a Managing Director role at Satya Capital. Konrad developed his investment discipline over eight years at Warburg Pincus, where as a Principal in the European Real Estate and Private Equity investment teams he was responsible for deal origination and execution across the DACH region and Emerging Europe.

He began his career in Morgan Stanley's European real estate investing team, investing across Europe on behalf of the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds (MSREF).

During his career, Konrad has invested across most real estate sectors, spanning the major markets of Continental Europe. His experience encompasses direct asset acquisitions as well as entity-level and operating-company investments, corporate consolidations and platform build-outs.

Konrad holds a Diplôme de Grande École / Diplomkaufmann from EAP-ESCP (now ESCP Business School).
