Managing Director

Nicolas Guerin is a Managing Director at Proprium Capital Partners.

He is a senior real estate executive with over 30 years of experience in property development, asset management, and investment across Europe. He currently leads development management, asset management, and ESG strategy across five countries for the BCPRE I fund. He oversees complex redevelopment projects spanning office, hotel, residential, and mixed-use assets, and serves on the board of ALSEI.

Previously, Nicolas spent eight years as Managing Director of Linkcity UK (Bouygues Construction), where he grew the business from £30 million to £150 million in annual activity and led a team of 50 professionals. During this period, he initiated some of the UK's first Private Rented Sector developments. He also supervised Linkcity's international expansion into Morocco, Australia (Sydney), and North America. As CEO of Uliving (Bouygues PBSA operator), he also developed and operated large-scale student accommodation platforms, including landmark bond-financed projects.

Earlier in his career, Nicolas held Director roles at Sodearif, delivering major urban regeneration, office, and residential developments in both the UK and France. He began his career at Bouygues in construction, technical, and commercial roles.

Nicolas is a graduate engineer of the École des Mines de Saint-Étienne, with a specialization in computer science and project management.
